Yes. Aaron will come out, look at the property, talk through what you actually need and send a written quote, normally the same day. There is no charge and no pressure if you decide not to go ahead.
Yes. If you have bought a TV, a Ring doorbell, a Sonos system, a mesh WiFi kit or anything else and it is still in the box, we will install it properly, connect it and show you how it works. Bring it out of the box before you call if you want a quicker quote.
A monthly plan that covers the technology in your home. You get unlimited phone and WhatsApp support, remote fixes, an annual on site health check and priority booking when something needs a visit. Plans start from £14.99 a month and you can read the full breakdown on the care plans page.
A four camera CCTV system or a whole house WiFi upgrade is usually one day. A single TV wall mount with hidden cables is two to three hours. Larger smart home or cabling jobs are quoted with a day count up front so there are no surprises.
